Who is Dancefair / Musicfair aimed at?
Dancefair / Musicfair is for everyone who is seriously into music, DJing and/or producing on a beginner or advanced level. Dancefair / Musicfair is also aimed at professionals who work in the music industry or aspire to do so. Get inspired by artists, DJ’s, producers, bands and known entrepreneurs and professionals from the music industry.
What is the difference between Dancefair and Musicfair?
Dancefair was originally a stand alone event and only focused on DJ’s, producers and everyone in the Dance scene. Musicfair was added and offers the same expansive program for musicians, bands and singer/songwriters. These worlds come together at one event during Dancefair / Musicfair.
Do I register for masterclasses?
No. Dancefair / Musicfair has a total capacity of 4000 in our 20 areas. If you have to attend a specific masterclass, workshop or Q&A, we advise you to come at least 15 minutes early.
How much does it cost?
A one-day ticket costs €39,- , both days costs €59,- A ticket gives to access to all parts of Dancefair / Musicfair, including the entire program, the exhibition floor, and all network possibilities.
Tickets available at the door?
Yes, but check out website and socials to see the progress of ticket sales. We advise you to buy your tickets beforehand as this guarantees you entry, and saves you time at the entrance. Tickets can be bought on our site or at Primera stores throughout The Netherlands.
Discount for children?
No, we don’t offer discounts for children.
The difference between a Dancefair and Musicfair ticket
Both tickets provide access to the full program and expo, yet the cheaper Musicfair ticket does not provide access to the five Dancefair areas.
Is Dancefair / Musicfair just a fair?
From our experience visitors want more than just a fair. Inspiration and education come first at Dancefair / Musicfair. Our focus lies on sharing knowledge, networking, and getting inspired in our 20 modern seminar rooms by hosting masterclasses, workshops and Q&As.
Our expofloor offers great insights in new gear and services, after becoming inspired during our masterclasses. Finding the perfect gear to fit your game-plan has never been easier.
Can I buy products during Dancefair / Musicfair?
We offer exhibitors and brands the possibility to sell products during the event. Some products can be bought directly, other (bigger) products will be shipped to your home. Also look out for exclusive discounts at the expofloor!
Amateurs or professionals?
Both. The 120-piece programm are indicated with ‘professional’ or ‘novice’ so you can find exactly what you need.
When will the program be announced?
The program will be revealed from January 10th and onwards.
Can I meet artists?
Yes. The core of the event is to become inspired by the ones who have already conquered the obstacles you are facing. During the seminars there is almost always room for questions from the audience, and you’ll have a chance to meet artists during the event and on the expo floor.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PERSONALISE MY TICKETS?
All popular events are confronted with organisations and people that try to resell our tickets for far too high prices. To prevent this, we ask the ticket buyer to personalize all tickets with the name of the persons who will attend the event. This way, all tickets are available for a fair price and belong to an individual ticket recipient.When you’ve finished your order, you will receive an email with the direct link where you can personalise your tickets for Dancefair / Musicfair.
HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY TICKETS?
After purchasing your tickets you will receive an email confirmation of the ticket purchase. This email will not include your tickets yet. To receive your tickets you first have to personalise the tickets. In the email with the confirmation of your ticket purchase, you will receive further information on the personalisation process such as the date from which it is possible to personalise your tickets.
For each ticket, personal information needs to be filled out such as the full name and email address of the person attending the event. Be aware the information has to be unique for each ticket and please use the names as mentioned in the identification documents (passport/ID card).
After filling out the information, you will receive your personalised tickets. If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours, please contact the Paylogic Customer Service via: firstname.lastname@example.org
TILL WHEN DO I HAVE THE TIME TO PERSONALISE MY TICKETS?
You do not have to personalise your tickets immediately; tickets can be personalised up to 24 hours before the event.
I FORGOT TO PERSONALISE MY TICKETS, WHAT CAN I DO?
Tickets can be personalised up to 24 hours before the event. One week before the event, we will remind all ticket buyers who have not personalised their tickets yet by mail. In case you forgot to personalise your tickets up to 24 hours before the event you will be contacted by Paylogic.
I NEED TO CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET, WHAT CAN I DO?
In case the name on a ticket needs to be changed (because you want to invite someone else to the event), you can change the name on a ticket. Please note that a service fee per ticket will be charged, so make sure to enter your details correctly the first time. To change the name on a ticket, please contact the Paylogic Customer Service via: email@example.com
SHOULD I BRING AN IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT TO THE EVENT?
Yes, before entering the festival security can ask for identification to check your age the name on your ticket.
